|Recommended: YesExcellent Apartment Complex — It has only been a few days, but so far I am impressed by Somerset at Madison and the staff I have met. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are very good. I look forward to living here. The apartments themselves are also spacious and clean.

|Recommended: NoRidiculous — I feel like I live in the dorm room with the amount of rules we have. The AC is always breaking. They would charge you for breathing if they could. The market price is way too much for what you get from this place. I could list a bumch of things I don’t like.

We are sorry you feel this way. We do understand rules can be frustrating but they are important when it comes to keeping the property well taken care of. We want our residents to care about our community as much as we do. We also understand that sometimes, maintenance issues do arise but we always respond as quickly as possible to resolve those issues. If you currently are having any issues that have not been addressed, please contact the office as soon as possible so that we can get those addressed.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Complex — I love living here and I have only been here over a month. The apartment is a great layout and the grounds are so clean. But the maintenance staff is really nice, and the property staff go out of their way all of the time to do whatever they can to help. Plus, everyone who lives here is really nice and all seem to have pets.

|Recommended: YesSomerset Resident — My time at Somerset has been nothing short of amazing The staff is prompt and the rent is reasonable according to the market. You get peace, tranquility, a great location near the I-65, numerous stores, and good eats. With all the good they do fall short on up-to-date appliances and accessories which, is understandable for the year 2010 when it was built. Hopefully, they will make accommodations as time goes on but I would recommend Somerset to Single individuals, young couples, and small families.
