|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is my first apartment, and I have loved it since the day I moved in. Perfectly centered near the airport and most shopping plazas. Great place to live, work and play. Would recommend to others.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community With Reliable Staff — Everything has been great moving in since the beginning of April to now May 2025. The staff has helped me make everything real smooth and they were up front with me on all cost. The Maintenance team also fixed my hvac right away when it wasn’t working properly. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend living here with polite neighbors and a great functioning staff. Ben has been there with me since the beginning and has done an exceptional job and has answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you Ben and staff

From the start, the leasing process was smooth and the office staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They’re always welcoming and willing to help, whether it's answering questions, handling paperwork, or responding to maintenance requests.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently—most of mine have been taken care of within a day or two. It's reassuring to know that the team genuinely cares about keeping the property in good shape.
The apartment itself was clean and in great condition when I moved in. Everything was functioning properly, and I appreciated the attention to detail—fresh paint, clean floors, and all appliances in good working order. It's a comfortable, well-maintained space that I’ve been happy to call home.
The community is also quiet and feels safe, which is important to me. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment with responsive management and a friendly atmosphere.

In case of any problems, you can ask the staff of the apartment to remedy them.
In the last two or three months, I have noticed a frequent noise from a small dog coming from the next room, but it is normal to have a pet in this apartment, so I am not going to file a complaint.
All in all, I think it is very comfortable.
